The challenge.
Fans and members needed clear access to information across Belgian clubs. Multiple apps and platforms required navigation that could guide different users to the right content.
The key decision.
We worked with the business team to translate requirements into information architecture, prototypes and UI designs, aligning with the desktop development framework and mobile use on iPhone and Android.
The rejected option & why.
Treating UI design separately from implementation constraints would not support consistent delivery. The work kept business requirements, navigation and the development framework aligned.
The outcome.
The engagement supported the RBFA information app and the temporary 1895 Fan App, which connected supporters during the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, alongside desktop interfaces.
The final verdict.
Close collaboration with business and development teams connected requirements to usable interfaces. Prototyping, testing and design handoff supported implementation across desktop and mobile.
