## The challenge.

During client meetings, consultants had to listen and take notes simultaneously. Important details could disappear between the conversation and the recruitment process.

## The key decision.

We built the experience around structured templates and checklists. Interviews across recruitment sectors informed the flows, with fast note-taking, offline access and backend synchronisation identified as priorities.

## The rejected option & why.

Relying on hurried manual notes left too much information uncaptured. SalesBuddy replaced that approach with prompts to record and verify essential details during a visit.

## The outcome.

Recruiters adopted SalesBuddy as a practical assistant on the road, valuing its simplicity and reminders.

## The final verdict.

User interviews, group sessions and prototype validation grounded the design in real consulting work. The result supports more complete client information without interrupting the conversation. Further AI integration was identified as a next step.
